Responsible for (F&A / FAO) business processes and sub processes in the F&A and SCM domain. F&A subprocesses from the following categories: • Accounts payable. • Accounts receivable, Finance Management, Contract Management. Duties include., Be a Single Point of Contact for client. Ability to guide and manage a Team Ability to take complex ordering requirements and drive the AR & AP process. Experience in interacting with clients, suppliers and partners. Ability to summarize results and report to management on a regular basis. Able to deal with more than project at a time, can work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc., Knowledge of O2C, P2P & R2R process. Contract and Vendor Management planning Track and update contract inventory pipeline to understand whether to renew or not. Assist with Due Diligence risk assessments Work with contract owners in preparation of Rfx Understand the vendor landscape and their capabilities. Contract approvals and administration Global networks spend budget preparation, forecasting, baseline analysis/review Analysis and reporting of cost optimization driven out of contract negotiations (Assist with Business efficiency targets and documentation process and necessary internal attestation) Assist with Business planning activities which include. Timesheet logging tracking Assist to manage project to BAU recoveries. Assist with cost (cross border recharge and other recharges) (MAN days and vendor recharges) Assist with Accrual process end to end. Assist in flagging risks (tracking actuals to budget) overrun/underrun analysis.
