EY-Parthenon S&E Türkiye is recently established and fast growing. This is providing new team members broader responsibilities, more exposure to clients, and overall, a significant opportunity for personal growth and development. Therefore EY-Parthenon S&E is searching for professionals for our office in Istanbul, and as part of our Europe Central team, who are looking for entrepreneurship and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment on different levels.

 

We are looking for young strategy professionals to join our team in Turkey at the Senior Analyst level. As part of EY-Parthenon Strategy, you will have the opportunity to deliver projects that make a strong impact on the region and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.
 

Your key responsibilities

Be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.  Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization. Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction. Collect, analyze, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionable. Work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors. Motivate and counsel junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Skills and attributes for success

At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school in Turkey, Europe or US with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration At least 2 to 4 years preferably of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a global consulting house Experience in working on ‘big picture’ strategy projects which includes commercial due diligence, digital transformation, growth strategy, and market strategy Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching) Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Turkish and English Client focused mindset with career aspirations
