The Opportunity
In today’s competitive landscape, data-driven decision-making is crucial. EY-Parthenon’s Strategy team is looking for ambitious, analytical professionals to join our expanding Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) practice in MENA. You will advise clients, including private equity firms and government entities, on strategic growth and investment opportunities.
The role involves assessing acquisition targets, exploring new markets, and evaluating business models through rigorous analysis of market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and other commercial factors. Your key responsibilities
Senior Consultants identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues. They are generally the primary contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team members.
In this role, you will conduct various analyses, such as market sizing, customer segmentation and competitor analysis, using both secondary research from various sources and interviews with stakeholders and industry experts. Additionally, you will evaluate business models, revenue streams, and competitive positioning, as well as review financial models to assess key assumptions.
Depending on your level, you may lead workstreams, coordinate analysis across teams, and guide junior team members. You will also be responsible for preparing client-ready outputs, including presentations and reports that synthesize complex data into clear insights.

To qualify for the role, you must:
Have a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance. Have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, ideally within strategy consulting, investments, private equity, market research, or a quantitative type of research function. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers. Have proficiency in the English and Arabic language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment. Have strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Have willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (not expected to exceed 20% of your time throughout a year).
Ideally, you’ll also:
Have an MBA or Masters from a top tier business school. Have exposure to transactions or due diligence environments and experience in market or financial modelling. Have experience with Tableau, databases, or other relevant tools.
