As our Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory based in Melbourne, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Healthcare Team within a national Real Estate, Transactions and Delivery practice. This elite opportunity will enable you to elevate and shape your career experience across all of the Health and Aged Care sectors including Hospitals, Aged Care and Retirement industry sectors as well as across functions within the EY Parthenon network.

 

Your key responsibilities

Assist on and be at the forefront of major Healthcare valuations and transactions Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions for income - producing and development assets Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients Utilise real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients

 

Skills and attributes for success 

Strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
