This role is crucial in bringing exceptional in-person learning experiences to learners across EY at our newly minted Learning Hub. You will essentially be supporting our Learning Team in delivering learning experiences to our people all year round.

The EY Learning Hub Concierge Administrator meets this challenge by paying special attention to every learner and providing the highest quality service to all our employees. You will also respond to all enquiries in the most professional manner. Your areas of influence can be broken down into:
Concierge:
Create a pleasant and positive first impression for our clients and guests, ensuring they feel welcome when visiting us at the Learning Hub. Address all enquiries with a personal touch – with a smile and professionalism. Ensure the e icient operation of the client and meeting zones during meetings, events and training sessions.Event Planning and Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of daily events and deploy hub schedules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure seamless execution. Act as the central point of contact for all Learning Hub activities daily, working with the Facilities team, and supporting other events where needed.Vendor and Relationship Management:
Support procurement and payment processes for vendors Serve as the onsite primary liaison for EY and the vendors Prepare event orders and purchases, communicate with vendors and maintain snacks supplies. Execute menu selection and catering orders as required for Hub.Operations:
Update event budgets, track food and beverage expenses and perform recharge after each event Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, cost savings, and operational e iciency. Ensure alignment with EY’s financial, sustainability, and ethical guidelines.Occasional available during o -hours will be required to support event execution. While there may be some flexibility in working hours, this is an onsite support role.
Skills and attributes for success High proficiency in English both spoken and written Proficient in Microsoft O ice Word and Excel Pleasant and presentable demeanor Proactive approach in problem solving and setting priorities What we look for Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in running corporate events, preferably within a professional services or large business environment. Strong organisational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of procurement and vendor payment processes is an advantage.
