This role is crucial in bringing exceptional in-person learning experiences to learners across EY at our newly minted Learning Hub. You will essentially be our Maître D of the Learning Hub, overseeing the operations of our learning and firmwide events.

Your key responsibilities Lead a team that ensures a positive first impression for our learners, clients and guests, ensuring they feel welcome when visiting us at the Learning Hub. Manage all enquiries and ensure the e icient operation of the learning zones, events and training sessions. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of daily events and hub schedules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure seamless execution. Act as the central point of contact for all event-related matters within the Facilities team, supporting the BMC Client Experience & Events Manager when needed. Manage or curate a relevant and up-to-date list of vendors for our Hub. Oversee hospitality, catering selections to ensure it meets stakeholder requirements and our quality standards. Financial oversight on overall Hub budgets and event budgets, providing regular reporting updates to the Talent and Learning Leaders respectively. Conduct client satisfaction surveys on Hub usage. Ensure events are run in accordance with our EY Sustainability and Risk Management policies. Occasional availability during o -hours will be required to support event execution.   Skills and attributes for success Strong project management skills and problem-solving skills. The ability to resolve issues or challenges as they arise. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new ways of doing things. Strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills – work e ectively with colleagues and teams and ability to build strong relationships in a multicultural environment. Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills - ability to set priorities, allocate team resources and budgets to maximize consumption of learning solutions, operationally reprioritize as needed. What we look for Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
