Location: Wrocław - 4 days in office / 1 day remote

The opportunity

 

Join our Finance Consulting team to drive transformation in financial processes and enhance client performance. As a Junior Finance Transformation Consultant, you will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and support clients in their Finance Transformation initiatives. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will gain valuable experience and contribute to impactful projects.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Supporting a range of tasks related to Finance Transformation, including process assessments and performance improvement initiatives. Assisting in the analysis of financial data and identifying areas for optimization. Collaborating with team members to draft reports and presentations for clients. Learning about financial planning, budgeting processes, and reporting tools. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Very good English (C1). Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance discipline or related field. Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to contribute ideas and influence team strategies. An analytical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of financial processes and tools, supported by your academic background.
