Interface with Architects and customers to understand business processes and system requirements Ability to architect and design small Applications independently Requires 3-7 years minimum prior relevant experience. Mandatory certification – Appian Certified Senior developer or Lead developer Mentors’ junior developers on Appian’s best practices, standards Experience in Design and Development using Appian BPM version 24 and above version. Hands on experience on BPMS implementations – process design, form design, rules, SAIL, CDTs Deep knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies Experience in working with JSON, XML & RESTful API Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java Experience in backend database development with Oracle Experience working with at least one external integration i.e. Web service, ESB, etc. Knowledge of RPA, devops tooling is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear, understandable logic for maintainable code, which meets design specifications ,
