Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $25/Hr *Depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for a full-time position with our client, a growing manufacturing facility located in Dover, NH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior extrusion or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow with a stable company. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for the setup, startup, and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion processes and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an immediate-start opportunity in a clean, team-oriented environment.

As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Setting up and starting plastic extrusion machinery

Troubleshooting and resolving process issues

Handling materials and maintaining efficient workflow

Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Completing accurate documentation for each production run

Assisting with machine maintenance when needed

Working collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive environment


The ideal candidate will have:

2–3 years of experience in extrusion operations or a related manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Familiarity with hand and computer-based measuring tools

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection (preferred)

Willingness to work overtime when required

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
