Adecco is hiring **Entry Level Blown Operators** and **Entry Level Cast Operators** to join a safety-focused team producing top-quality extrusion products on a dedicated night shift. **What You’ll Be Doing:** **Blown Operators:** + Operate and monitor blown extrusion lines + Start lines from cold, ensuring all quality specs are met + Perform changeovers, including material staging and winder adjustments + Troubleshoot basic production issues and escalate when needed + Unload and package master rolls on pallets/frames + Perform quality checks and accurately record production data + Follow all plant safety and food safety guidelines **Cast Operators:** + Operate the winder to support cast film production + Use hoisting equipment to move finished mill rolls + Weigh rolls and document data precisely + Visually inspect film and rolls for defects + Perform roll geometry and quality checks + Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and core cutting + Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures **What You’ll Need:** + High school diploma or GED + Ability to read a ruler to 1/16" increments + Ability to operate an industrial powered pallet jack (preferred for cast role) + Basic manufacturing knowledge and mechanical aptitude + Strong communication, math, and organizational skills + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning + Willingness to work the **11 PM – 7 AM Sunday through Thursday night shift** + Willingness to work overtime as needed **Why Join Us?** + On-the-job training and advancement opportunities + Work with cutting-edge extrusion equipment in a clean, safety-first environment + Competitive pay at $20/hr plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy for free upskilling courses + Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and growth Ready to start your career in extrusion?
