Summary: Seeking experienced Extruder Operators for troubleshooting, machine operation, and production tasks on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Must pass background check and drug test

Experience in troubleshooting, changing out, and replacing worn dies

Ability to work from blueprints and drawings

Capable of moving and lifting objects up to 35 lbs

Determine setup procedures for extruder machines

Reel extruded products into rolls or reels

Specify lengths and weights of rolls or reels

Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature

Synchronize speed of extrusion

Responsibilities:

Operate extruder machines efficiently

Load parts into machines ensuring lines are running smoothly

Troubleshoot machines as needed

Shut down/start up machines as required

Walk and stand on concrete for extended periods

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
