Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Support the management and optimization of HR IT applications, including troubleshooting and user support;Contribute to the global S/4HANA implementation and HR automation initiatives;Assist in preparing training materials, reports, and internal communications.Collaborate with local and international teams, gaining hands-on experience with real-world HR IT challenges.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education:Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.Knowledge:Interest in HR IT systems and digital transformation;Basic understanding of SAP is beneficial.Languages:Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.Personality:Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback;Inclusive mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural team;Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks;Strong communication and collaboration skills.Additional InformationPlease note that your application for this position may be subject to a Pre-Employment Screening (PES).
