Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

The HR Service Center (HRS), based in Lisbon, is the backbone of the Bosch Group, providing efficient and reliable HR services across Europe and worldwide. As a central point of contact, HRS ensures smooth HR processes and supports employees and managers with a wide range of services, contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

During the internship, you will support the Head of Department and the HR teams in their daily work, and your tasks will include: 

Support the Head of Department and HR teams in daily operations and strategic projects;Assist with office management to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication;Collaborate on HR processes, from employee communication to administrative tasks;Help plan and coordinate engaging workshops, training sessions, and internal events.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

 

Education: University degree (or currently enrolled) in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Experience: Previous HR experience is a plus, but not required.Know-how: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Languages: Portuguese and English language skills are mandatory.Working Style and Methods:Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing processes;Comfortable working independently and in a team.Personality:Customer and results oriented mindset;Genuine interest in HR and continuous learning.
