Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Scrum Master who is proactive, passionate about agile methodologies, and eager to develop the ability to facilitate the work of multidisciplinary teams. During the internship, you are expected to support AGILE (Scrum) best practices within SW development teams.
Your contribution to something big:
Supporting the Scrum team as a facilitator (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective);Collaborating in a continuous improvement environment, contributing with ideas and suggestions to optimize processes and products;Helping to identify and remove obstacles that may impact the team’s progress;Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management and sprint planning;Support for protecting the team from external interferences and helping maintain focus;Measuring and reporting performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.);Collaboration, continuous feedback, and team development.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Academic Background: Degree in IT, Communication, or Industrial Management;Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including terminology and goals (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);Willingness to develop communication and facilitation skills;Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills;Interest in building experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro;Motivated to work on projects with distributed/remote teams;Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and critical thinking;Team player: dynamic, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.Additional InformationDuration: 12 months
