This internship focuses on supporting the introduction of new heat pump water heater products through data driven field analysis and targeted laboratory validation. You will work at the intersection of real world operational data and hands on engineering, helping transform field insights into concrete product and reliability improvements.
Main activities:
Analyze field data from heat pump water heaters to detect performance patterns and failure signals;Create datasets, dashboards and visualizations to support reliability insights;Perform data driven investigations of anomalies and customer issues;Reproduce selected failure modes in lab environments to validate hypotheses;Run simulations to model real world scenarios;Propose product and reliability improvements based on analytical findings;Document results and support cross functional engineering teams.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Master ‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field;Solid academic background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics or energy systems (preferred);Coursework or practical experience in data analysis, statistics or numerical methods;Experience with programming for data analysis (Python, MATLAB or equivalent) (preferred);Good communication skills (Portuguese and English);Autonomy in planning and problem solving.Additional InformationDuration: 12 months
