業務内容

債権回収部門の業務サポートおよびAdmin関連業務

データ入力などの後方支援業務手紙・書類等の開封、封入、確認、スキャン、発送、運搬作業等返戻郵便などの開封、保管、破棄などの作業及びデータ入力作業等法的手続きにかかる事務作業委託先弁護士事務所からの書類にかかるデータ入力等

その他のクラリカル業務 

 

資格

マイクロソフト（Outlook, Word、Excel）の基本的なスキルビジネスレベルのタイピングスピード円滑なコミュニケーションスキル （日本語）重量がある郵便物の運搬が行える関係法令、社内ルールを遵守しながら処理を行う業務の正確さ変化への対応性新しいことを学び取得するスキル問題解決能力チームプレイヤーであること最後までやり遂げる責任感高い誠実さをもって、チームメンバー、同僚とオープンで前向きかつ効果的なコミュニケーションと協力を促進できること
