As an Exterior Cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of the exterior areas of CrossIron Mills Mall. This full time shift is 5:00AM - 1:00PM. 

Your work will include:

Sweep cigarette butts and litters, pine cones, leaves etc.Clearing Garbage - left garbage of the tenants along the compactors.Remove garbage and wipe down garbage binsOperate various equipment (sweeper,  blower, etc.)Remove stickers and graffiti if neededReport maintenance issuesRemove Pallets along the corridors and put into proper disposal.Attend all required health and safety training and use PPE where indicatedCan communicate English with the client.
