Resident & Tenant Experience Excellence

Be the trusted face residents and tenants rely on for seamless living and working experiencesHandle move-ins/outs with white-glove service standardsResolve concerns quickly and professionally

Operational Leadership

Oversee building operations, safety compliance, and maintenance schedulesCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providersManage loading docks, common areas, and shared facilities

Strategic Contribution

Attend and contribute to committee and key stakeholder meetings with valuable insightsDevelop preventative maintenance strategies that save costsDrive continuous improvement in building operationsPrepare detailed reports and data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience (we will train the rest!)
