As a Director in our Tax & Enterprise team, you’ll help shape solutions across international tax, M&A, tax accounting and compliance, and tax strategy - supporting iconic New Zealand brands, global corporates, private businesses, entrepreneurs, and HNW individuals.

What you'll do:

Client leadership: Be a trusted advisor on complex tax matters; deepen and grow key relationships.

Delivery & growth: Oversee multi-stream engagements, manage budgets, lift client satisfaction, and spot new opportunities.

Technical excellence: Guide on corporate, international, indirect tax and transfer pricing; ensure compliance.

People leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team; champion a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Strategy: Contribute to the direction of our team and our market approach.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

8+ years in tax advisory with significant leadership experience.

CA (or equivalent) desirable.

Track record managing large portfolios and complex issues.

Excellent report writing, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of NZ and international tax.
