You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates.Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.Assist with simple check‑in and check‑out steps using basic computer systems.Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.Uphold Subaru’s high standards of hospitality and customer care.Skills & Qualifications
