Responsibilities:
The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $80,000 to $100,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off: individual sales, individual gross profit, and bonuses based on: individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
