If you’re energized by helping customers, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow your automotive career with one of the nation’s largest and most respected automotive groups Our Ideal Candidate Must: + Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly + Adept at sales approach and consulting with customers + Be able to navigate technology with ease + Be passionate about the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path + Previous dealership experience is a PLUS + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment + Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently + Professional in appearance and communications + Strong attention to details and organizational skills + Valid and acceptable driving license/record is required Responsibilities: The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. + Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the service drive + Listen to customer concerns and document service needs accurately + Provide clear explanations of express services, estimated wait times, and pricing + Create and manage repair orders within the dealership management system (DMS) + Communicate effectively with express lube technicians to ensure efficient workflow + Review inspection findings and present recommended maintenance to customers + Upsell appropriate preventative maintenance services (filters, fluids, rotations, etc.) + Handle payments, warranty information, coupons, and final invoicing + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lane + Ensure all completed work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards + Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction We offer best in class industry benefits: + Competitive pay + Medical, Dental and Vision Plans + Paid Holidays & PTO + Short and Long-Term Disability + Paid Life Insurance + 401(k) Retirement Plan + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Lithia Learning Center + Vehicle Purchase Discounts + Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
