Qualifications:
Prior customer service/sales experience requiredReliable, show's up ready to workKnowledgeable on automotive products and industryOutgoing personality, able to guide customer's on their needsExcellent communication skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordResponsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional mangerAssess customer needs by conducting vehicle walk aroundCommunicate with customer on what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be completeWrite accurate repair orders using ADP systemProvide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guaranteeCommunicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performedOffer multi-point inspectionWe offer best in class industry benefits:
