The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Responsibilities: + Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center. + Determine the nature of the client’s visit. + Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival. + Order Parts + Write PO's and invoices. + Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person. + Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client. + Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary. + Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas. + Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers. Qualifications: + Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. + Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. + Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. + Basic computer & cost calculation skills. + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
