Main responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team delivering export sales order management services to internal customers, ensuring positive customer experienceOversee customer order administration from order taking through validation, export documentation preparation, delivery, and invoicingMonitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies, international trade regulations, and export requirementsCoach and develop Export Sales Order Analysts, managing team performance, workload allocation, and employee lifecycleDrive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process automation projects to eliminate redundant activitiesPartner effectively with Logistics, Sales & Operations Execution teams, and Customer Fulfillment representativesEnsure onboarding and training programs are organized for new hires and existing team membersAbout you

Experience:

Experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, or Customer Service, preferably in PharmaTeam leadership experience with proven ability to manage and develop peopleDeep expertise in international trade regulations and export operations

Technical and Soft Skills:

Excellent English and German (written and verbal); other European languages are a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCustomer-focused mindset with ability to maintain satisfaction at team levelHands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana, SD, and GTS modules preferred)Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize for yourself and your team
