This Position reports to:
EL Customer Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Vignate plant.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Proactively communicating with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
Providing appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g., order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).
Qualifications for the role
You have a degree in Business administration, administrative education or management engineering.
you are at ease communicating in French and English, Italian will be a plus
Interest/passion in related area would be considered a plus.
Strong communication skills with costumer orientation and focus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
