Role description:
To maintain our competitive edge in Export & Home Lift business, we need dedicate Business Senior Manager to maintain our core competence in Supply Chain and continue improve our service level and support Export & Home lift business growth. To create and maximize value for Export & Home lift business by developing, planning and implementing Strategy and promotional tactics to achieve targeted growth. in Manage, develop and control the overall Export and Home Lift supply chain operations to achieve customers’ targets. Maintains strong network with global functions in Export & Home Lift business to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.
Role & main tasks
Convert the business understanding into priorities in coordination with supply operation strategy.
Create constructive relationships with cross functions to contribute the continual improvement of the operation and support business growth
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the business development
Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve products, services, and business development strategies.
Lead key initiative acitons and development projects
Implement strategy and tactics optimally
To build up and maintain excellent collabration with other functions
Report monthly KPIs progress for Export & Home Lift business
To achieve targets within the allocated budget
Competences
Project Management or experience as a team leader
Experience working in Export or Home Lift business
Strong supply process understanding and collabration with cross functions
Capability to lead a cross functional team
