**I. Job Summary**
Collaborates with the Recycling Service Center Manager, Supervisors, Logistics Representatives, Account Managers, and other lead positions to drive efficiencies and process improvement. Organizes data in a way that allows one to analyze and pinpoint productivity opportunities. Maintains databases and spreadsheets that facilitate information flow from Account Managers to the RSC.
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Provides support as a Lead to the Supervisors by providing ongoing and daily assistance to CSRs. May act as the primary contact in assisting team of quality service providers.
Assists supervisory staff with handling escalated calls that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Examples may include researching vendor payments and revenue errors.
Maintains and schedules loads for assigned accounts and gathers and enters information for payment and invoicing.
As directed by the RSC Manager, may take a lead role in coordinating performance improvement processes and initiatives.
Enters pricing, contract changes and other data to maintain customer accounts.
Processes data and generates routine reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings and market conditions.
Generates reports such as unbilled and unpriced to support efforts to find performance improvement opportunities.
Works closely with all members of the team to keep track of important time sensitive deadlines such as MRF/Brokerage close, and vendor check runs.
Assists in maintaining price sheets and allocation sheets on SharePoint.
Solves problems such as material movement and customer orders by engaging the right department and personnel within Waste Management Recycle America.

**IV. Qualifications**
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Associate's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant work experience in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study.
Experience: One year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills to include: pivot tables, vlookups, formatting and formulas.
Analytical and logistics skills, problem solving skills, industry knowledge, and customer skills required.
Previous export coordination experience.
Previous shipping container experience

Normal setting for this job is: remote office setting. Must support clients in Pacific time zone. Must be available during working hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific or 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM Mountain time.
