out logistics activities at project sites with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring effective and accurate logistics through precise and timely coordination of materials handling. • Create and execute Export and Import documentation process • Maintains effective communication Communication with order managers to determine shipping plan schedule. • Drive & Implement export process improvements. • Optimize outbound transport operations together with transportation specialists from SCM team. • Coordinates, communicates and maintains all dates and information from project site to ensure an accurate, on schedule and economical processing and optimized supply regarding customer needs. • Ensures information regarding disposition of goods during transport and permanently update of these information to create options for alternative actions by information of all involved parties in a timely manner. • Creates deficiency and status reports on the availability of materials and products based on the needs of the customer's supply concept in order to provide a secure database and information. • Acts as the interface to involved external logistics providers on project site and coordinate their activities, ensuring cost efficient and seamless operations. • Initiates and coordinates the transit of units for the timely arrival of materials through correct, cost-effective, and fluid logistics. • Supports the Project Logistics Manager with the development, calculation and implementation of logistics contingency measures during short-term variances from the planned supply concept to ensure an optimized supply related to the current conditions. • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documents for import and export (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, etc.). • Ensure that documentation complies with customs regulations of both origin and destination." • Organize and coordinate international transportation of goods (sea, air, land) with freight forwarders, cargo agents, and carriers. • Negotiate rates and terms with logistics service providers. • Track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve incidents. • Stay updated on international laws, regulations, and trade agreements (tariffs, taxes, restrictions, licenses, certifications). • Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and foreign trade regulations in all processes. • Manage import/export licenses and special permits. • Determine the correct tariff classification of products (HS code) to calculate duties and taxes. • Ensure correct valuation of goods for customs purposes. • Resolve issues related to customs, shipping delays, damaged goods, documentation discrepancies, etc. • Proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding shipment status and potential problems. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in import/export operations. • Implement best practices in the international supply chain. • Maintain fluid communication with customs, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and clients. • Collaborate with other internal departments (sales, purchasing, finance, warehouse) to ensure coordination. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all foreign trade operations for future audits." **Requirements:** • Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Customs, Business Administration, or a related field. • Specialization in Foreign Trade, Customs, or Logistics, desirable. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within foreign trade, logistics, or customs departments. • Demonstrable experience in managing import and export processes. • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, CTPAT/OEA). • Proficiency in customs and foreign trade regulations (Incoterms, tariff classification, customs valuation, customs regimes). • Knowledge of documentation requirements for different types of goods and countries. • Familiarity with foreign trade management software (ERP, customs systems). • Knowledge of procedures for different modes of transport (sea, air, land)." • Advanced English (essential): Both written and spoken, for communication with international suppliers and clients. • Attention to detail: Crucial for accuracy in documentation and compliance. • Problem-solving ability: To handle incidents and unexpected
