Job Description

Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policiesActively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes , communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.Consulting for all Export Control related questions in ChinaContinuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactionsSteering and support of internal and external auditsResponsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licensesReview and audit of US/CN Export Control ClassificationMonitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance teResponsibility to evaluate deemed export transactionsReview and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes

QualificationsBachelors' degree in law, international trade and business, engineering or other relevant areas8+ years of experience with export controlDemonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processesSAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent systemAbility to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)Team player attitudeStrong customer orientationStrong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and MandarinStrong organizational and prioritization skills
