**Responsibilities:** + Day to day operations for pre-order export control screening regarding China/Hongkong/Taiwan high risk orders based on applicable regulations, including US EAR, Taiwan SHTC, MY STA and so on. + Day to day operations for China/Hongkong/Taiwan daily on hold Order Screening with the auto screening tool. + Collect EUS documents from the sales team when required and manage the documentation efficiently. + Escalate high-risk orders to the global management team along with a corresponding internal analysis. + Daily review customer’s background based on the criteria + Prepare documents to apply for applicable export license and follow up the process + Support annual compliance audit for distributors and partners. + Support draft internal export compliance operation SOPs based on daily practice. + Review RPL inquires raised by sales, services team. + Deliver Export Control training to internal customers. + Track the regulations of Export Control and communicate them to internal stakeholders. + Support China/Hong Kong/Taiwan customer inquiries about US/China/Hong Kong/Taiwan Export control related inquires. **Position Requirements:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **English** and **Mandarin** . + Strong individual contributor, ability to understand US export control rules and China/Hongkong/Taiwan Customs & trade rules & regulations. + Ability to manage small projects and generate ideas for continuous improvement. Capable of executing local initiatives from start to finish. + Ability to detect gaps and propose the needed solutions. + Ability to effectively multi-task. + Strong attention to detail and strong interest in learning regulations. + Initiative to undertake additional responsibilities + Bachelor’s Degree Required.
