Job DescriptionProcess and audit payroll in a multi-state environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Collaborate closely with the payroll team to maintain and update payroll data, ensuring timely and correct compensation as well as the proper application of all deductions.
• Review timesheets and attendance records, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
• Prepare all required documentation for salary deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related adjustments.
• Analyze compensation data, including wages, bonuses, and incentive pay, for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Design, document, and implement improvements to streamline and enhance payroll processes.
• Communicate payroll issues, updates, and process changes to management in a timely manner.
• Provide responsive and accurate support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed and compliant with current federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
• Actively contribute in a collaborative team environment, using shared tools and methodologies.
• Proactively identify payroll-related issues and escalate them appropriately to management.
• Manage daily application tasks and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Research and propose solutions for payroll process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Participate in internal and client-facing status meetings, offering updates and insights.
• Attend and contribute to internal training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by the role.
Qualifications• English level B2+
• Good Knowledge (intermediate) of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)

• Advanced university student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration)
• Experience in a business service center preferred (At least 1 year of experience) • Understanding of payroll processes and monitoring / detective controls
• Experience with ERP systems and banking portals preferred.
• Good Knowledge of SAP HR-Payroll authorization concepts and role catalogues
• Strong knowledge of current process performing.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills for typical issues or tasks.
