As part of a team, you will be surrounded by bright minds and keen co-creators—always willing to help and be helped—as you apply passion to work that will positively impact the world around us. **Your role and responsibilities** * Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency . * Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations. * Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops. * Building Effective Relationships: Developing successful relationships at all levels —from engineers to CxOs—with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions. * Self-Motivated Problem Solver: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions. * Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Automation Solutions Expertise: Familiar with the design, deployment, and post-production support of automation solutions, including business process automation, system integration, observability, application resource management, and proactive incident management. * Cloud Pak for Integration Proficiency: Hands-on experience with one or more CP4I components such as App Connect, API Connect, MQ, Event Streams, or Aspera. Capable of designing and implementing integration flows, APIs, messaging solutions, and event-driven architectures. * Containerization and Kubernetes Knowledge: Proficient in deploying and managing CP4I on Red Hat OpenShift or other Kubernetes platforms. Understanding of container orchestration, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines for integration workloads. * DevOps and Integration Lifecycle Management: Experience with DevOps practices in integration projects, including source control (e.g., Git), automated testing, monitoring, and deployment of integration artifacts across environments. * Intermediate English Proficiency: Able to communicate technical concepts, collaborate with global teams, and produce documentation in English at an intermediate level. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Automation Technologies: Experience with one more of the following Automation technologies: OpenShift Container Platform, WebSphere Application Server, Extreme Scale, Cloud Pak for Automation, Cloud Pak for Integration, Tivoli Monitoring, Instana, Netcool, Watson AI Ops or Turbonomics or the equivalent enterprise solution * Hypervisors: Working knowledge of Hypervisors such as VM Ware and Virtualization management and administration technologies * Programming Skills: Working knowledge and skills working with Java, Shell scripting, python, Kubernetes, Containers, Perl) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
