Job Description Day to Day: Join our team to design innovative footwear that blends sport and streetwear for the Jordan brand. In this role, you’ll lead creative projects, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver culturally connected, high-performance products for kids and core categories.  • Design and develop footwear across streetwear, basketball, training, and lifestyle.  • Drive seasonal creative direction, trends, and innovation.  • Present concepts to internal teams and external audiences.  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and development to ensure design integrity. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Design or related field (or equivalent experience).  • 8+ years in footwear design; lifestyle and performance experience preferred.  • Strong skills in sketching, rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator; tech packs required.  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and consumer insights.  • 3D design and prototyping experience a plus.
