WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Technology Delivery team within the Enterprise Technology experts, part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. In this multidisciplinary group, you’ll help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems -- aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. You’ll develop enterprise-wide solutions, optimize cloud and data architectures, and integrate AI to enable scalable end-to-end digital transformations.

Mission
Support the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects, focusing primarily on the delivery and operationalization of strategic initiatives to achieve significant business outcomes and impact Contribute to technology architectural and platform trade-offs, recommendations, and decisions as enablers of strategic prioritiesMaintain direct engagement with the clients and assume responsibility for major components of the project that are critical to successful delivery of the platformLead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and business resultsFocus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of strategic recommendations, utilizing project management principles to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomesImprove efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of clients’ business processes and operations in the context of large tech transformations ensuring tangible value creation for clients Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision-makersDrive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations and managing their execution to achieve desired outcomesEssential Functions
Design and develop architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data infrastructure aligned with business strategyContribute to IT assessments, specifically assessing application and infrastructure architecture, to help surface pain points and opportunities in the context of enterprise transformations in line with benchmarks and best practicesParticipate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects, solving the most pressing needs of our clients focusing primarily on the delivery and operationalization of strategic initiatives to achieve significant outcomesEstablish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX from inception, guiding the team through onboarding to ensure seamless project operations and efficiencySupport initiatives and assist in project management processes and activities, standards and governance to ensure project delivers value according to timeline and quality standardsMonitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and take corrective actions as necessaryCollaborate with project teams to document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively Manage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to enhance expertise and contribute to client engagementsEnsure the development and monitoring of business cases within technology transformation plans, guaranteeing the realization of their intended value and recommending corrective actions to maximize value captureHelp in preparing and refining of project deliverables, including comprehensive reports, workshop materials, and compelling business proposals, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectationsResearch the client organization and industry; interview, conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholdersIdentify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers Move the client to action; develop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations; manage the executionABOUT YOU
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields Preferred: Courses in digital/tech transformationExperience
Fluency in English (written and spoken)4+ years of experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment, preferably within the Tech industry is beneficial but not requiredExperience in architectural solutions for financial services, such as core banking implementation or modernization, payment solutions, internet banking, and other financial services technologiesKnowledge, skills and abilities
