Job Type: Contract Location: Mainly remote working (occasional office visits) in: Bucharest, Romania or Bratislava, Slovakia or Sofia, Bulgaria Work period: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension) Our Company

We are currently searching for an Expert C++ Software Developer to be based in Romania or Slovakia or Bulgaria and work in a 6 months contract with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview Technical Support: Assist users in resolving daily technical challenges related to the platform. Innovative Solutions: Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the core platform. Application Development: Use, develop, and maintain advanced applications utilizing C++, Python, and Linux system programming. Collaboration: Interact with world-class technologists and quantitative analysts to devise effective solutions. Performance Optimization: Ensure the platform operates efficiently at scale with stringent performance requirements. Skills & Qualifications C++ Proficiency: Strong experience in C++ programming. Linux Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems. Oracle Certification: Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) in Linux. Python Knowledge: Familiarity with Python programming is a plus. System Programming: Experience in Linux system programming. Concurrency Skills: Understanding of concurrency principles and practices. Education & Experience 7–10 years of experience writing production-quality code in C++ on Linux platforms Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Certifications: Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) in Linux is required.
