**Position Summary**
The Enterprise Architecture and Data and Analytics (EADA) department is a centralized, multi-disciplinary team at Nestle Purina Pet Care driving the company’s data and analytics evolution. As an Expert Business Analyst for Retail Data Analytics, you will be embedded in our Product Management Practice, working within the Customer Product Team to deliver transformational data products that support go-to-market sales strategies and marketing efforts, with a specialized focus on retailer data insights
+ Collect, examine, and shape requirements for retailer data insights across a broad base of stakeholders in sales and marketing to enable data engineers to develop data products.
+ Analyze retailer and ecommerce data from platforms such as Crisp, Retail Link, Nielsen, IRI, Stackline, or similar, to uncover actionable insights that drive sales and marketing strategies.
+ Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lead Data Engineer, development team, and key stakeholders to ensure retailer data needs are identified, conceptualized, and documented.
+ Facilitate discussions with sales, marketing, and business partners to harvest core business needs related to retailer data.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data products focused on retailer insights.
+ Enhance end user satisfaction by continuously improving usability and relevance of retailer data products.
+ Participate in agile ceremonies and Product Owner’s Guild sessions, ensuring retailer data insights are prioritized in the backlog.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management gathering business requirements and writing user stories
+ 3+ years of experience with business analysis techniques such as business process modeling or process flows.
+ 3+ years of experience working with customer, retail, sales, or eCommerce data performing data analysis, data modeling, or data mapping
**Other**
+ Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery practices and Agile ceremonies
+ Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, Azure DevOps, and SQL.

The approximate pay range for this position is $108,000.00 to $140,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
