WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Brand Experience, Store Design team operates inside the Global Jordan Brand Creative Studio — a multidisciplinary collective known for bold storytelling and end‑to‑end creative excellence. They report into the Sr. Creative Director, Brand Design, Global Jordan, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Brand Design, Creative Operations, Seasonal & Story Design, Retail & Digital Marketing, and the Global Marketplace.

You bring:

6+ years in Retail Design, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, or Brand Storytelling for a major brand or agencyBachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingProven creative leadership in experiential and retail design, with strong communication and presentation skillsExpertise in art direction, spatial design, and culturally driven storytelling

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll shape the future of Jordan’s retail presence — translating brand vision into expressive physical environments. You’ll drive concepts from spark to execution, guiding teams and partners toward immersive experiences that stand apart in culture.

In this role, you will:

Lead and inspire the Brand Experience, Store Design team with vision, clarity, and creative excellenceConcept and deliver immersive, Jordan‑only retail experiences that elevate store design and guest engagementPartner with Brand Design, Creative Operations, Seasonal & Story Design, Marketplace, and Marketing teams to bring global strategies to life at seasonal and project levelsResearch and apply insights from retail design, basketball culture, fashion, art, and emerging cultural movements to inform design directionChampion craft, consistency, and quality across all creative outputGuide cross‑functional alignment to ensure holistic, culturally resonant retail executionsShape spaces and experiences that connect deeply with consumers and strengthen Jordan’s place in culture
