\nWe are looking for a HR Data Quality Automation Expert to play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through the automation and optimization of HR data quality. As we continue digitalize our HR processes, your expertise will help detect, correct, and prevent data quality issues before they impact our employees' daily operations. By implementing robust controls and validations throughout the HR data lifecycle, you will significantly reduce manual efforts and prevent issues, all while maintaining high data quality standards.
\nYour expertise in HR process standards and global guidelines will be essential as you design automated solutions that drive root cause analysis and process improvements. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain standardized HR reporting solutions, creating complex operational reports in Oracle HCM Cloud and advanced Power BI dashboards for senior leadership. \nYour main responsibilities will include:
\n\nGuiding HR administrators and managers on automated data quality best practices while ensuring access to standardized reports.\nDelivering insights on data quality trends to HR management and senior leadership through strategic Power BI solutions.\nCollaborating with HR Data Management and IT teams to refine data quality standards in line with global guidelines and operational models.\nActing as a subject matter expert in HR data quality automation, integrating controls and validations into processes.\nReviewing and prioritizing reporting requests to align with standards and leadership direction.\nDesigning and maintaining automated data quality controls for HR master data, focusing on early detection of issues.\nDeveloping and optimizing end-to-end automation workflows using RPA, Python, Power BI, and Oracle tools.\nCreating and maintaining complex, standardized reports in Oracle HCM Cloud for operational and compliance needs.\nCrafting advanced Power BI reports for senior management's strategic workforce analysis.\nConducting root cause analysis of data quality issues and recommending solutions to prevent future occurrences.\nMonitoring data quality KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous process and technology improvements.\nSupporting HR reporting colleagues while maintaining a primary focus on data quality automation and analysis.\n\nRequired Skills:
\n\nIn-depth knowledge of HR processes and data governance principles.\nProficient in data visualization tools including Power BI, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle OTBI, with experience in automation technologies including RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting root cause analysis on data quality issues.\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in data handling and reporting.\nProven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing effectively.\nA proactive approach to continuous improvement in HR data quality and automation.\n\nJoin us to enhance HR data quality and automation, making a meaningful impact on our organization!
