Job Title: SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (Experienced to Manager level)
Position summary:
We are assembling a dedicated team of experienced SAP Technical Consultants to join a massive, multi-year SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation project in Singapore. This is a chance to be part of a major business transformation and work with a highly experienced team of consultant leads. We are looking for specialists at the Manager, Senior, and Staff levels who will work primarily from Vietnam, with opportunities to travel to Singapore for client engagements.
About the Role: What You'll Do
You will be an integral part of a large technical team that enables the core business processes by building, maintaining, and securing the SAP landscape. We are recruiting specialists in the following technical domains:
ABAP: Developing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. BTP Application Developer: Developing and integrating cloud applications using SAP Business Technology Platform. Data Migration Developer: Designing and executing data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. Basis Operations Consultant: Managing the technical environment, performance, and security of the SAP landscape. Roles & Authorisation Developer: Creating and managing user roles and permissions to ensure a secure and compliant system.The level of responsibility for each role will be determined by your experience.
Responsibilities (by Level):
SAP Technical Consultant - Manager (7-10+ years)
Manage all technical aspects of SAP implementation projects, including architecture, development standards, and technical team coordination. Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client and internal functional teams. Oversee a team of technical consultants, providing guidance and ensuring the quality of all technical deliverables. Lead the design of complex technical solutions, integrations, and data migration strategies.SAP Technical Consultant - Senior (2-6 years)
Develop and implement technical solutions in your specialized area (e.g., ABAP programming, BTP development, data migration scripts, security roles). Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of technical objects. Contribute to the overall technical architecture and design of the solution.SAP Technical Consultant - Staff (1+ year)
Assist senior developers and consultants in daily technical tasks, including coding, testing, and documentation. Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as development specifications and test plans. Perform unit testing and assist in integration testing.Actively learn and develop expertise in your assigned technical domain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Manager: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP technical implementation, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams. Senior: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP technical implementation. Staff: 1+ year of experience in SAP technical projects or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience. Expertise in at least one of the specified technical domains: ABAP, BTP Application Development, Data Migration, Basis Operations, or Roles & Authorization. Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors projects is a strong plus. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for effective collaboration with the client and the core project team in Singapore. Ability to work in an offshore-onshore model and a willingness to travel to Singapore as required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.What You Can Expect
