Your duties will include:

Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, and industrial tires and wheels in a safe and efficient mannerInspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programsReset and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)Complete specialty tire workEnsure all equipment, tools and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper locationOperate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerAccurate and professional customer serviceMaintaining tire service equipmentUnderstanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

What does it take to get on track?

One year of farm tire-related experienceHigh school diplomaAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s AbstractA customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationshipsProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic computer skillsAbility to consistently lift 25 kilogramsIndividual who can accept effective feedback and follow tasks as requested
