Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our Emergent Requirements (AOG) team in Victorville, CA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and associated stakeholders to achieve solution delivery expectations in support of escalated requirements, the willingness to learn, strive to demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and have a desire to provide world-class customer support.

Position Responsibilities:

Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutionsCoordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolutionAct as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objectiveDelegates tasks to manage workload.Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely resultsSupport suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation planAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlinesAssist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding productsor services to include repair capabilities and capacityAbility to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.Self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchasesAnalyze material location and initiates redistribution actionAnalyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support systemReview applicability of warranties to allocate costsIdentify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepanciesIdentify Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in supply chain management3+ years of experience in customer support or customer service role3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Must speak, read and write fluent English.Able to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higherExperience coordinating and leading multiple projects and integrated product teams

Summary Pay Range: $86,700 - $102,000
