What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up to vehicle deliveryAccurately document customer concerns and recommend needed maintenance and repairsCommunicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely and quality servicePresent estimates, explain services, and gain customer approvalMaintain high CSI scores through outstanding customer serviceFollow dealership and manufacturer processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentSolid computer skills and experience with dealership DMS systemsValid driver’s license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
