What You’ll DoConsult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
Deliver a premium, transparent, and personalized buying experience
Present vehicle features, model options, and purchase/finance solutions clearly and confidently
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers
Ensure consistent and timely follow-up throughout the sales process
Track customer interactions and progress using dealership systems and CRM tools
Stay current on new products, features, and brand updates through ongoing training
What We’re Looking ForAutomotive sales experience preferred (luxury or high-line experience is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to perform
Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
