Pay rate: $20-25 - Based on experience Location: Santa Clarita, CA About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based team in Santa Clarita. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental and behavioral needs. Responsibilities: - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Collect and record accurate data on client progress. - Support students in achieving social, behavioral, and academic goals in a school setting. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and success. Qualifications: - Active RBT certification required. - Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in ABA or school-based settings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
