The opportunity

As a Finance and Treasury Consultant, you will have a unique opportunity to support the transformation of the finance and treasury function, unlocking new opportunities and driving sustainable growth. Through partnering with the CFO and the treasurer, you will provide insights on leading practices and support the transformational change in their finance and treasury function, while the latter includes liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, payments handling and automation, treasury technology and organizational design.

 

Your key responsibilities

Redesign of the finance and treasury operating model, including the definition of the organizational structure, policies and controls, processes and technology Optimize the processes, identifying potential areas for automation and recommending appropriate technology solutions Develop the blueprint for finance and treasury systems implementation and support throughout the implementation process with enhanced business analysis Support the execution of the transformation programs by providing sophisticated Project Management services

To qualify for the role you must have

Building strong relationships with clients working collaboratively to achieve their goals Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach Positive attitude, team working and communication skills Quick learner, showing flexibility and adaptability in new situations and fast-paced environments. Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a Bachelor and a Master degree in Finance, Business, Econometrics, or other related field. Ph.D. and/or professional qualifications in Treasury or Finance (e.g., CPT, CFA) will be considered an asset. At least 6 years of working experience in the Treasury, Risk or Finance functions of large corporates or Banking or relevant experience in the consulting sector. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills in     English for both technical and business audiences. Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and professional manner (both in Greek and English) Project management and client service skills.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

Consulting experience on the field, including Treasury system selection and full-cycle of TMS implementation
