Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Aerospace Composites Center, LLC (ACC) team in Hazelwood, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:

Gains knowledge and acquire access of BDS systems and tools necessary to support team responsibilities and actions, including but not limited to supplier needs Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-planDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goalsReviews customer contracts to identify supplier flow-down requirementsCoordinates with internal stakeholders, including the business unit, program, contracts, legal, and other functions to ensure flow-downs accurately reflect customer requirementsDevelops prime contract internal guidance for Supply Chain Procurement AgentsSupports government and internal audits, process reviews, and procedural updates to ensure compliance with customer requirements and processesCoordinates with Procurement Agents, management, and Contracts and Risk Management focals to resolve supplier exceptions to customer flowdownsCreates value by supporting the business unit, program and/or functions contracting and risk management effortsSupports interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for supply chain contracts and risk management activities that enable the company to create, protect and recover valueDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partnerCollects, organizes, synthesizes, and analyzes data; summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendationsDetermines best tool to utilize for data analysis and visualization

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)More than 3 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database managementMore than 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysisMore than 1 year of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendationsMore than 1 year of experience assessing and evaluating riskMore than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesMore than 1 year of experience with project managementMore than 1 year of experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business unitsMore than 1 year of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $76,500 - $94,500
