Beacon Hill is working with an outstanding regional firm with an established presence who are looking to add a mid-to-senior level associate with strong labor & employment litigation experience to their team in Philadelaphia. The role will involve high-stakes employment disputes, complex commercial cases, and matters touching on higher education and Title IX matters.

Competitive candidates will have significant labor & employment litigation experience, strong writing and courtroom skills, and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (New Jersey admission a plus). Candidates should be comfortable managing cases, conducting depositions and working directly with clients.
