Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing correct partsAccurately process parts orders, invoices, and returnsMaintain inventory control, stocking, and bin accuracyProvide exceptional internal and external customer serviceUtilize DMS to research parts availability and pricingEnsure timely fulfillment of special ordersFollow manufacturer and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of dealership parts experience requiredHyundai or import brand experience preferredStrong knowledge of parts catalogs and DMS systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume environmentTeam-oriented with a professional attitude

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $44,331.00 - $93,955.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off department Gross and Individual Gross, and bonuses based on Parts Gross Achievement and Manufacturer Approvability.
