The Boeing Company is hiring for an exciting new opportunity for an Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Financial Analyst in San Antonio, Texas.  This position is 100% on-site and as necessary, requires frequent travel to Long Beach, CA.

The selected Experienced Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in the C-17 program team, supporting the new Flight Deck Replacement (FDR) development program for the United States Air Force!

Position Responsibilities:

Provide management with recommendations on financial performance projections based on your financial and business insights

Create, review, and submit monthly financial reports, like the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), to our external customers

Establish, evaluate, and monitor program baselines, including targets, Undistributed Budgets (UB), and Management Reserves (MR)

Perform both minor and major Estimates at Completion (EACs)

Collaborate with teams across Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Financial Analysis, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Management, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain

Develop and maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines, including Earned Value Management (EVM)

Ensure compliance and champions internal controls and procedures

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

3+ years of experience leading projects with little direct supervision and drive project to completion

3+ years of experience with Estimates of Completion (EACs), forecasting, resource planning, and cost management systems

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Experience preparing and leading the completion of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) (Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Performance Report (CPR), Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), etc.)

Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $79,050 - $106.950

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $99,450 - $134,500
